Co-hosts "Those Clever Canines" and "Pet Threadz Pet Boutique" Costume contests for pets and their owners, games, photo station ($) plus Chinese auction, raffles and more! Proceeds to benefit Ocean City Town Cats and Worcester County Humane Society. Doors open at 12:30pm and close at 4pm.
